Description

The DUTCH Cycle Mapping Plus is a hormone test that provides a detailed analysis of estrogen and progesterone levels throughout a menstrual cycle. It also measures the cortisol awakening response (CAR) and other hormone metabolites. 

What it's used for 

  • Helps assess hormone fluctuations and stress response
  • May help identify the cause of migraines, fertility issues, or PCOS

How it's performed 

  • Involves collecting urine and saliva samples over the course of a day
  • Samples are tested based on the length of the cycle

This test is not intended for women who are not cycling, on hormonal birth control, on hormone replacement therapy, or are post-menopausal.
