  • Fish & shellfish (7 days)
  • MRI w/ gadolinium (4 days)
  • Antibiotics (4 days)
  • Binders like glutathione, charcoal, bentonite clay (3 days)
  • Apples, grapes, cranberries, mushrooms, Echinacea (2 days)
  • Do NOT stop prescriptions unless directed by your doctor

Collection Tips

  • Collect first morning urine
  • No food or drink beforehand
  • Use the provided at-home kit
  • Fasting is recommended for most accurate metabolic markers
