OneTest™ Premium is an advanced multi-cancer blood test that combines established blood biomarkers with artificial intelligence to assess your risk of being diagnosed with cancer within the following 12 months.

Instead of looking for only one type of cancer, OneTest Premium combines multiple cancer-related, inflammatory, and metabolic biomarkers with personal health information to provide a more comprehensive cancer risk assessment.

12 Biomarkers

OneTest™ Premium evaluates a combination of cancer-related, inflammatory, and metabolic biomarkers:

AFP – Alpha-Fetoprotein A tumor marker that can be associated with liver and certain other cancers.

CEA – Carcinoembryonic Antigen A widely used tumor marker that can be elevated in several malignancies, particularly colorectal cancer.

CA 19-9 A marker associated primarily with pancreatic and gastrointestinal cancers.

CYFRA 21-1 A cytokeratin fragment that can be associated with certain cancers, particularly lung cancer.

CA 15-3 Included for women and commonly associated with breast cancer monitoring.

CA 125 A biomarker commonly associated with ovarian cancer monitoring.

PSA – Prostate-Specific Antigen Included for men and used in the evaluation of prostate health.

Premium testing adds additional biomarkers used by the algorithm:

HE4 A biomarker associated with ovarian cancer.

Apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1)

Beta-2 Microglobulin

C-Reactive Protein (CRP)

Prealbumin

Where Artificial Intelligence Comes In

OneTest doesn't simply report whether individual tumor markers are high or low.

Its algorithm analyzes the combined biomarker pattern together with personal information such as age and sex to calculate an overall cancer risk assessment.

OneTest™ Premium then goes further by providing individual risk assessments for eight commonly diagnosed cancer types, depending on sex.

This provides considerably more information than simply ordering several individual tumor markers and reviewing them independently.

Who Should Consider OneTest™ Premium?

OneTest is available for adults 18 years and older, although cancer risk increases substantially with age and the manufacturer states that the test generally provides greater value for people 50 and older.

Testing may also be considered at a younger age when other risk factors are present, such as a significant family history or certain occupational or environmental exposures.

OneTest is designed primarily as a screening and risk-assessment tool for people without symptoms of cancer. People with symptoms concerning for cancer, people currently undergoing cancer treatment, or those being evaluated for recurrence generally require more targeted medical evaluation.

Important: This Does Not Replace Your Regular Cancer Screenings

OneTest™ Premium is an additional cancer screening tool—not a replacement for established screening tests.

Continue recommended screening such as:

  • Mammograms
  • Colonoscopies
  • Cervical cancer screening
  • Low-dose CT lung screening when appropriate
  • Prostate evaluation
  • Other screening recommended by your healthcare provider

An elevated OneTest result does not mean that you have cancer. It indicates that additional evaluation may be appropriate.

Likewise, a low-risk result cannot guarantee that cancer is absent.

OneTest is a laboratory-developed test (LDT). The individual biomarkers have established clinical uses, but OneTest's combined multi-cancer risk algorithm should not be interpreted as an FDA-approved diagnostic test for cancer.

How Do I Get OneTest™ Premium?

OneTest Premium is a blood test and requires a special collection kit.

The test is ordered first so that your personalized OneTest Premium collection kit can be prepared.

2. Your Collection Kit Is Sent to Labs By Request

The test requires its specific collection materials.

Please wait until Labs By Request has received your kit before coming in for your blood draw.

3. Come In for Your Blood Draw

Once your kit has arrived, come to Labs By Request and we will collect your blood specimen using the appropriate collection materials.

4. We Prepare Your Specimen for Shipment

Your sample is processed, packaged, and shipped according to the laboratory's requirements.

5. Receive Your Personalized Results

Your results include your individual biomarkers, overall cancer risk assessment, and the additional cancer-specific analysis included with OneTest™ Premium.
