Description

TruAge Test – Advanced Biological Aging & Longevity Panel

Overview

The TruAge Test provides a detailed analysis of your biological age—how old your body is functioning at the cellular level—compared to your chronological age. It also evaluates the rate at which you are aging, the age of 11 vital organ systems, and your risk for age-related diseases. This test uses epigenetic biomarkers to give you data-driven, personalized insight into your long-term health and longevity potential.

Why It Matters

  • Biological vs. Chronological Age: Your biological age may be older or younger than your actual age. This discrepancy reflects the impact of lifestyle, stress, environment, and genetics on your cellular health.
  • Actionable Insights: The data from this test can inform personalized strategies in nutrition, supplementation, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
  • Trackable: Repeat testing allows you to measure the impact of your lifestyle changes or therapies over time.

What’s Measured

The TruAge panel analyzes 75+ biomarkers grouped into the following major categories:

1. OMICAge (Biological Age)

Determines your body's true biological age using DNA methylation patterns.

2. SYMPHONYAge (Organ Systems Age)

Estimates the biological age of 11 key organ systems including:

  • Brain
  • Heart
  • Liver
  • Lungs
  • Kidneys
  • Muscles
  • Immune system
  • And more

3. DunedinPACE (Pace of Aging)

Measures the speed at which your body is aging on an annual basis.

4. Telomere Length

Estimates the length of telomeres, the protective caps of DNA. Shorter telomeres are associated with increased aging and disease risk.

5. 12-Cell Immune Profile

Assesses immune system balance and function, identifying potential immunosenescence or chronic inflammation.

6. Type 2 Diabetes Risk

Predicts your predisposition to developing type 2 diabetes, based on epigenetic markers.

7. Inflammatory Markers

  • CRP (C-reactive protein)
  • IL-6 (Interleukin-6)
  • Helps detect systemic inflammation often associated with aging and chronic illness.

8. Mitotic Clock

Estimates the number of cell divisions, a measure of cumulative cellular aging.

9. Fitness Age

Estimates biological fitness using modeled markers for:

  • VO2 max
  • FEV1 (lung capacity)
  • Grip strength
  • Gait speed

10. Smoking Status

Determines whether you've been exposed to tobacco products.

11. Alcohol Consumption Status

Estimates alcohol usage patterns based on molecular markers.

12. Weight Loss Response

Evaluates your expected response to lifestyle and weight loss interventions based on your epigenetic profile.
