Description
A Comprehensive Look at Hormones, Heart Health, Metabolism & Overall Wellness
The Women’s Complete Health & Hormone Panel is designed to provide a broad look at the factors that can influence how a woman feels throughout adulthood, including during perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.
Rather than looking at just estrogen and progesterone, this panel combines an extensive hormone evaluation with cardiovascular, metabolic, nutritional, and general health markers—all from one convenient blood draw.
Female & Adrenal Hormones
Estradiol (E2) The primary and most biologically active estrogen during the reproductive years. Estradiol levels can change significantly during perimenopause and decline after menopause.
Estrone (E1) An important form of estrogen that becomes more prominent after menopause.
Estriol (E3) Provides an additional look at estrogen status and complements estradiol and estrone testing.
Progesterone An important reproductive hormone that can fluctuate significantly with menstrual cycles, perimenopause, and hormone therapy.
Pregnenolone A precursor used by the body to produce several steroid hormones.
DHEA-S An adrenal androgen and precursor to both estrogen and testosterone.
Total & Free Testosterone Evaluates both overall testosterone and the portion available to tissues. Testosterone can influence libido, muscle mass, energy, and other aspects of women's health.
Cortisol An adrenal hormone involved in the body's stress response, metabolism, blood pressure, and energy regulation.
Heart & Cardiovascular Health
Cardiovascular risk becomes increasingly important as women age and transition through menopause.
Lipid Panel
- Total Cholesterol
- LDL Cholesterol
- HDL Cholesterol
- Triglycerides
Cardiac CRP (hs-CRP) Measures low levels of inflammation and is commonly used as an additional cardiovascular risk marker.
Homocysteine Elevated levels may be associated with increased cardiovascular risk and may also provide clues about folate, vitamin B12, and related metabolic pathways.
Blood Sugar & Metabolic Health
Hemoglobin A1C Provides an estimate of average blood glucose over approximately the previous 2–3 months.
Fasting Insulin Can provide additional insight into insulin production and insulin resistance, including metabolic changes that may occur before glucose or A1C becomes significantly elevated.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy The standard blood test used to assess vitamin D status. Vitamin D is particularly important for bone and muscle health as women age.
General Health Screening
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) Includes important measures related to:
- Blood glucose
- Kidney function
- Liver-associated markers
- Electrolytes
- Calcium
- Protein and albumin
Complete Blood Count with Differential (CBC w/Diff) Evaluates:
- Red blood cells
- Hemoglobin and hematocrit
- White blood cells
- White blood cell differential
- Platelets

One Blood Draw. A Much Bigger Picture.
Hormones are only one part of women's health.
This panel combines hormone balance, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, glucose and insulin regulation, vitamin D, blood counts, and metabolic health to provide a more complete picture than a traditional hormone panel alone.
